I have purchased Tata Indicom Broad band about some 8 months back. and I
have experienced the work kind of service.
If there are some network failures/cable disconnections then I used to raise a
complaint at the customer care. No one will call me also no one will visit my
premises. If I call back again to verify the status the customer care executive
will say that the complaint was closed because they have done some fix. If you
enquire without visiting customer place how they are able to fix the issue; there
will not be any answer.
As of today I am experiencing the worst situation. Past 15 days my connection
was down and I have raised 5 complaints so far. All the complaints were closed
without providing any solution.
I call customer care daily to ensure the complaint was open. Today
(06-Dec-2007) was my last date to renew my connection. I receive number of
calls from the marketing people. They recommend me to renew the connection,
they will rectify the issue.
I recommend not preferring Tata Indicom.
