The executive showed the connection works and took my signature and left. Within 24 hours the connection stopped working. Since I had paid 3500 for the instrument, I wanted the connection to get my returns back. Every showroom says they are not responsible as photon is handled by some other branch in Bangalore. After wasting my 10 days they figured out that I had to pay 400 of some connection that I dont own.
Though the plan says it is 750, can you believe the bill came for 3000. As a software professional, I was tracking their meter everyday I use and it was within my limits. when I checked with them they say that meter is wrong and only their bill is correct.
In internet, once we log in to our account there is a internet usage meter. Even this does not work. Once the bill comes you will know. Please remember, the bill comes like 2500 to 3500. If yyou are lucky, then you may be in the range of 1000 to 1500.
Customer Care is pathetic. I was requesting for password. I called them for more than 10 times and waited for a month to get my password. Customer care is so over confident that they keep saying that Yahoo account is not ok, Gmail Account is not Ok and hotmail is not ok. Why will Yahoo, Gmail and Hotmail block only mails from Tata.
I am spending to write this long mail, atleast if one or two customers dont take the connection based on my writing, This is worth the writing.
