I have done online top-up for Rs. 200 online on the tata-indicom website. Two times, the topup failed. It was successful third time. But to my surprise, the bank from which I had done the online topup send me the statement of Rs. 600 deduction towards topup. The bank also clarified that Rs. 600 has been deducted and deposited in tata indicom online account. I am persuing with tata indicom, Pune ( Rest of Maharashtra) since few months. but nobody has responded till the date. They neither returned Rs. 400 or given me the top-up of Rs. 400 till the date.
I am ashamed of such service from such a reputed company and I will not do it online in my life for furture. I recommend if some tata indicom officer reads it, he will atleast check what has happened and what solution they have? The nodal officer here never pciks up the phone. I can not goto into an appeal as I dont have reply from Nodal officer yet for my detailed e-mail.
