Tata docomo is okay as long as it works. My internet connection stopped working on April 19th of 2012, and I am still paying the bill as of today. Their technicians cant fix the connection (they told me a good reason why they can’t, it is out of their control) but every time I call to cancel, they avoid cancelling and send a technician instead.
The past records of them sending technicians - they don’t have! Not only did they force me to pay for the month of April-May even though I dint have internet. And even now, they continue to charge me. When I call them, the call center people take it as a fresh complaint and offer to send technicians!
Avoid tata docomo. They will fleece you and not even offer any internet connection.
