I am a tata photon subscriber and have been using Tata photon.First before using the same a promise was made by the person who represented Tata photon that it has speed of 3 Mbps but after using I came to know even 1/3rd of the speed is nt attained however as I had earlier BSNL (3G)that also was giving even worst speed for which I swotched over to Tata photon.
Now last month I tried to settle the bill but due to some fault in Tata photon online payment site I was told by customer care who felt helpless that a representative will be sent to collect the payment.
I waited for the same and despite calling repeatedly no representative arrived.
Being fed up I sought help of my friend and made payment.
Now I am surprised that they non only sent mail that my problem is resolved(in reality this is not correct)rather they are finding fault with me and trying to levy fine for none of my fault.
I seek help from any body how to solve this problem and also I warn other who intend to use Tataphoton please stay away from the Tata photon or else go ahead and buy tata photon and face headache or rising blood pressure due to their apathetic attitude.
