I have been a customer of Tata indicom broad band and was with them for a year and half. I started before TATA took over Dish net DSL. Initially the Connection was really good for close to 3month (till the dish net times) later (after Dish net taken over by TATA) The service went very poor Like frequent disconnection, Poor connection means low bandwidth/ Slow download, Poor customer support/ escalations no timeframe to restore the service. Etc... Some time the page cannot be displayed message use to come. When I complained this to the Customer support they will say it will be sorted out in a day but it never happens. We need to call them back to get it fixed.
Above this payment was a problem we need to go to their office for payments now I believe they have improved in the way they have tie ups with Sky pack courier/ Pickup at door step. Again when I closed my connection, they promised that I will get my refund of caution deposit in 30 days. Where as I got it after 4 months that to after a very big fight. I went to the level of filling a case in the consumer court. Just before that I got hold of one of the Old dish net employee and there by got my money back. Else I don’t know where I would stand for getting the meager amount. I am not satisfied with their service as well support. I think TATA indicom should improve a loooot...
