Hi, I am using tata indicom broadband connection from past 1.5 months and following are my experience with the company.
Connectivity : Very good, gets a connectivity speed of 140kbps + for connection 128kbps.
Customer Care Service : Extremely poor service, rather worst then Airtel or even MTNL, for instance my connection is down from past 4days and the company have not taken any action against my complaint. I am calling them every day but no body is responding to my calls. I dont know what to do. I would say VSNL has extremely poor support team.
Billing : Poor billing system, they if you opt for post paid connection then also you will land up paying the monthly rental in advance, they follow the system like mobile phone post paid connection, which is illogical because you dont have any monthly expenses. At last I would say vsnl service has gone on toss.
Now I dont know what to do, I need a broadband connection, but which one to take I dont know as I need unlimited data transfer.

I some how was able to write an email to chairman of VSNL and was able to resolve the issue, now the connection is working fine, but at time is down, but the problem is resolve fast as I contact the north Indian reginoal head Mr. Ravi Kapoor and he is quite helpful to resolve my issue.
