Easy To Connect, Difficult To Recharge

The purchase of the PHOTON pre paid connection was simple and quick. Of course the Sales "boy" did not know the data consumption rate for the TV feature. The customer delight came when it was time to pay. One part can be paid by card but another part of the payment has to be cash.


Why?.........company policy/ we are two different companies/this can only be in cash/the ATM is around the corner !!!!!!!! various reasons by various staff slowly herding together to help each other out ( this behavior is commonly observed among us....no single point of contact dissolves individual responsibility) the increasingly difficult and incessant questioning....:-)......................... Go figure.....


Now time register online to monitor usage......one has to wait for 10 days for the documents to be processed.


Recharge time : Net Banking for some banks is yet to be activated though the option is available on site.


Visit the dealer to recharge but do not forget to carry your Photon number. Also fork out ONLY CASH for recharges. No cards allowed for recharge.


Why?..........company policy !!!!!!!!!

And where is all this happening....


Sahara Mall, Gurgaon at the TATA INDICOM company outlet on the ground floor. To be fair the Manager does try to firefight the issue.


As far as speed is concerned its workable ...........only naive fools believe the ads or the sales chappie anyways.......


BTW net speeds are in Bits as in bps and not Bytes as in GB.
