They spend all money in advertising and promotion to lure customer. Instead they should haved invested in their product and infrastructure.
Many times people complained that they were not able to reach my number.
Once you buy there walky even after paying bill their system dont understand that you have paid that bill and will keep billing you extra as non-payment and late fees. Your complaint will never be listened to. First of all its not easy to reach their customer care.(another meaningless service). Even after disconnecting phone and returning the handset their customer care does not know about this becuase their system not updated. I assume they have billing systems. Unless they working on notepad or something.
I sent mails to their marketing heads also about this but never got a reply. I failed to understand once a customer pays the bill at one center why its not reflected in their billing system. Very poor service by such a well known company.
