Extremely bad experience both with broadband and the wireless USB.
I cannot imagine how people can buy their products still.

Disconnection without prior notice for any trivial reason - like once my mobile was not recheable(as the executive claimed) during address check and the guy recommended it to be disconnected. I had to go through a harrowing experience to get re-connected again.
Customer service who lie on a regular basis - two calls made at the same time to customer service for the same problem - 2 different answers - It ïs being done right now"and "Cant be done till monday"
I kept getting bills for my telephone for 5 months after disconnecting it(going personally to the jayanagar center and handing over the instrument and getting receipt for the same
I visited the customer center at RT Nagar once and a customer almost fainted due to rage while shouting at the executives for not responding to his requests.
I can just go on and on.
