Shifted residence and Tata Indicom said feasible. Later we call for installation in the new house - LO!! it is on 7th floor so not possible (7th floor was know to them as we had indicated full address). Next we ask what do we do - we are asked to terminate as there is no other go. When we asked about refund the response was - "of course we will refund the unused part".
Finally after termination we are told "no refund possible as you are a prepaid customer". When questioned why we were not informed prior to terminating it, we go thru rude to very rude responses including the phone being put down. If you seek to talk to the manager - "sorry I am all alone here" and of course s/he is very believable!!
We were next asked if we have written form of feasibility and refund information. Of course we did not as we proceeded on trust over the voice that spoke on the phone. Has anyone else faced such an issue?
