Like many of the Tata Indicom broadband victims, I also joined in that club after I took the connection with them recently. Now I understand that its easy to take the connection but very difficult to disconnect it.
One of the THE POOR customer service false promises, zero co-ordination are highlights of their services. Personally I will not recommend to take the Tata-Indicom Connection to anybody.
If anyone knows their escalation matrix, please forward to me, as I still needs to fight with them to disconnect my connection. [ I requested to disconnect my connection immediately after taking the connection, from past 3 months I sent 100 of mails asking them to terminate my connection. ]
I called the customer-care, and got reference number and sent mail to nodel officer got a reference number about my connection suspension. But very surprisingly [ its common for them, giving surprises like this ] I received a bill [ even I havent use their connection single day ].

27/12/2008 - Today is an auspicious day for me. After 5 months of continues struggle, at last TATA
Indicom service engg come and collected their equipment.
