Most idiotic service

I opted for tata postpaid mobile.my disaster. No proper network, no proper service. Worst customer care. They even don’t know how to talk in english .they are confused in themselves. And worst thing tata divide its services into zones I opted the connection in delhi and went bangalore I called customer care to trasfer my connection in bangalore


They say it cant be done as my connection was from delhi. So I told to terminate the connection they it cant be done .you have get disconnected from delhi only. Even customer care is not centralized when I called they say please call delhi customer care


I called several time for disconnection sent mail, but nothing happened. At last I found even calling delhi customer care from bangalore was chargable. I urge everybody who use read this never never opt any tata service


Their nodal center no on bill to which you can call and complain if customer care is not handalong you properly. When I called they reacted as if I m speaking in spanish and said sir u can call customer care .nodal center says its customer care fault .customer care says it server fault and dont even think to whom they are talking I m software engg. I know all about server.
