The service is pathetic and customer care people know only three things
sorry, give another change ( doesn’t matter how many changes you have
gincen), 24 hours. Total this is hopeless service, they never bother about the
compliant and even they close the complaints saying things got
rectified. I have opend 20 service requests and no one worked on that. I am going to file case against them in consumer court.
