I m having continious problems with the service. it started percisely on 20th july an since then the answer I keep getting is that my problem will b rectified in 24 hours and that their technical department will look in to it and call after the problem is rectified.
there is no call and there is no solving the problem!!! when I call again with the complaint number. after 2 days I was told ur problem is resolved!!! quite shocking becos it never got resolved.
one fine day I spoke to their team leader and he assured me like all others that my prob would b resolved in 24 hrs and gave me another complaint no. but nothing happened even then.
i presently have 3 complaint nos and dont know what is happening. calling them is useless, cos u wait for 8-10 mins to speak to a guy and then the guy will ask u to change ip address, dns etc and will eat up another 10 mins. and even after spending time on the phone and listening to them, there is no solution to the problem.
in the best interest of others and for urself - its advisable that u pls SHUT THIS SERVICE and dont cause a bad name. as I have a prepaid service I m just waiting to get over with this sevice.
most of the times it doesnt work and they dont have refund policies for the prepaid.
its just a waste of money.
