Ratan Tata will be the wealthiest person in the world by stealing the money and not providing anything to their customers.Thus he is saving his wealth and creating unwanted pressure to their customers.
I am a six months old customer for this wasteful broadband services in chennai.Within this period I had registered almost 40 complaints officially.But they won’t care about anything.The customer care representatives had been taught to answer only few words like’Be Patient Sir’, Give me one more chance Sir’, ’Give me one more day , sir’.but you dont get any feedback or solution about our complaints.If you register one complaint, one person will cum after 2 weeks and solve the issue.After 2 or 3 days the same problem would repeat.Then we have to again register a new complaint.Then he will come after 2 weeks.This is same routine happening for the past six months.I had called them up wherever I can.Still the issue has not been solved.I didn’t get any service but I paid money.
Pls aviod this broad band service especially chennai people.I dont have any idea about the other regionals.
