Its the only Tata product that has worst customer service. I called help line yesterday to know my bandwidth usage since I was unable to login.
Mr.Nikhil from Tata Indicom now Tata Docomo was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
When I explained that password reset is not working he said because it is matching with other customer password is not working. Eureka first system that validates password with other people password..
He also started giving gyaan that I should know basic things. Well I am software architect know million times more than he can ever hope to know. Extremely bad attitude. He did not forward to his supervisor in spite of many requests. It did not help and now I am planning to which to switch to other service provider.
Hathway is much better in Pune. Stay away from such rude people.
