I am writing here to make you all aware of the services of Tata Indicom. This company is full of cheaters and fraudsters. They have set up a new low in customer services. They just know how to bluff the customers. I am sharing my story of suffering with Tata Indicom.
My brother, who is staying in Delhi, has applied for a new broad band connection from Tata indicom and given a cheque of Rs. 3000 to one of the representative of indicom (Deepak Joshi) on 07/06/2006. He has filled the registration form (form no.-0863275) and done all the formalities needed, on the same date. After 15 days when my brother found that there is no progress from their side, he called customer care, to know the status. The customer care people said that there is some technical difficulties in providing the connection in that area so they cant give the connection and hence they will refund the money. Its almost two months passed and still he is waiting for his money. He has called to Deepak Joshi and many of other concerned persons in Tata indicom but nothing happened. Even I have also written several mails to the customer care along with the CEO, President and Chief general manager of TTSL (Tata Tele Services Ltd) but didn’t get any response. They even dont care to send an acknowledgement of the mail. Here is the list of the people with whom I have tried to communicate:-

Never go for any services from Tata Indicom
