Can’t agree more with the sentiments of fellow reviewers.
I personally have great respect for brand TATA, for what it stands for, and what it promises.
Guess they are feeling the heat from other ISP providers and are dropping standards in recuitment.
I’ve been using the connection for close to 3 months now.
Never has the connection run smoothly.
There is a simple algo that it follows:
Gets connected on computer start-up
Stays connected for 7-10 min
Suddenly stops working for close to 10 min
Starts working without any interference
Stops working again, after 20-25 min of smooth running
Back to point 4
Have been trying to gauge service levels of BSNL (Airtel & Reliance don’t serve my locality)
Not too sure I want to shift to a government owned entity (from the fire to the frying pan?)
Well, hope someday one of the directors on the TATA Board search google with the keywords "TATA" "Broadband" "Review"
