I was using Tata photon 3.1 mbps for almost a year. It started troubling after few months. Very slow speed. What I noticed is they were billing me even when photo was not in use. Online I was checking for usage details & there I saw that during days when it was not in use it shows usage. I complained it. But to no avail. Now they charged me with Rs 2500 whereas my plan was Rs 1100 for 10 GB free usage. Its fraud billing they do. Please stay away from photon or keep checking your usage meter.
Tata people contacted me to deposit the fraudulent billed amount. I asked I am not satisfied with your billing so please correct it 1st only then I’ll pay. After a month or so one person called up & says that Tata company is going to file a case & some person amna has taken the communication at your home.
Now wonder guys i’ve no person named Amna at my home.
Before this incident, earlier I purchase tata post paid no. & they billed that no. under some other plan not in the plan which I choose. And again asking to deposit the money.
Now I’ve decided not to use any tata no. or use only prepaid nos.
