I have been using Tata broadband from a year and when it works it is ok. The sad part is atleast twice in two days it will be down for couple of hours and then it will start working on its own and one in two months or so it will be down for a week or so and then comes the real fun. You will call helpless call center guys who wouldn’t know the staus of your connections and would repeat the tape they are given including that it will be resolved in 48 hours which never comes. My broadband is down from one week and I have compalined three times and everytime its the same story. The worst thing is with them there is no procedure to escalate the issue and if you ask them they wouldn’t have any idea of it. It is pretty much like any sarkari company where you pay and then beg for the services you are paying for. I am stuck b’se of the installation charges I have paid but seems its not worth it. And the beauty is that they called my cell number and realized that its not working(rest of the world is able to call me happily ) and closed the case once. I have no idea what to be done with such companies. They have zero sense of accountability and professionalism.
Please don’t buy it if you reside in Pune.
