A shameless company with a shameless product. There are lots of negative reviews about tata photon. mine is another. It works fine for first two three weeks and suddenly good things vanish. This fu. doesn’t work most of the times. Even our grand father’s internet was faster than this. The connectivity is never reliable. It comes and goes at its will. Ghatiya and bakwaas. Hell with Tata and his tata photon.
When the bill date arrives they start calling you like hell. They go mad to get the money. But they are absolutely shameless when we report to them that the thing is not working.
We had begun with a unlimited plan [that time that did not have the 15gb limit for the word unlimited] but they abruptly limited the service. They said that the TRAI has some rule where they can change the plan after some period of time. God knows and it seems hellishly idiotic. There are few more strong words like Ghatiya and bakwaas which seems to be small to express what I always feel. for this product.
Also this connection vanishes any time and their customer care never have a reason for that. IF you are planning to use this connection in your business then be prepared to loose a lot of money and clients.
If you are a student they you are going to waste a hell lot of time waiting for the page to load because of the poor connectivity. You might suffer in your studies due to frustration and depression and even fail. This might seem to be vague but this can be true sometimes.
Never never never ever go for a tata photon connection as it will say a tata [good bye] to your happiness and peaceful life. BSNL is far far far better. Try that. Airtel broadband connection too is better but Tata photon I would say a hundred times an thousand times a million or trillion times that don’t use Tata photon.
