This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have examples of the services request number too (complaint#3124836 & #3203964) where I was bullied and kind of played with for solving a stupid problem. I am giving these numbers here in case any representative from TI sees can take actions to make it a better broad band connection.
The CS representative simply make one fool. I know many companies do this kind of bussiness, but these guys dont even have knowledge of what they are speaking. They have very minor know how of the product. Moreover when we ask to talk to any senior representative, they keep you on hold for long (even for 15 mins) and then return with zero. Thats frustrating.
Speed is ok as far as brad band is considered, but the support and maintenance is very poor. Instead of this atleast any standard land line is more reliable.
The speed should be second while reliability should be first.
