It is with great regret that I have to share my disappointment with one of the Tata firms. Tata indicom has one of the worst customer care units and the local representatives are no better than street thugs. As one of the other members mentioned "Its time to say Ta Ta to Tata !!!!
Problem : I would like to bring to everyones attention about rude tone/language over phone used by the local service representatives. I am also concerned about the authority given to the representatives to unilaterally close SRs and a serious disconnect between the help desk and local service representatives.
