I am using Tata Indicom Wimax for last 6 months and I have really no issues regarding connection speed and customer care service. Till now, only one time the server was down. The tower is not very far from my house, maybe that’s the reason I am getting full speed.
But I should appreciate the technical service(customer care) who helps me to connect router and some critical connections, it was almost 1 hour they instructed each and everything with patience.
