Ive taken the TATA Wimax broadband connection, and from day one onwards Ive been facing the connectivity issues(even the modem/antenna was kept ON 24 hrs/day) , bandwidth problem(even it is a 384 kbps connection) & if it rains then you will have no/troubled access . And it seems like they are the No.1 worst internet service providers in the country. Most of the issues are infrastructure related on their end. The technical support/customer care are not efficient and they follow some checklist which wont help the customer.
If anyone is going to take their connection, just enquire about the cancellation & refund policy. And their policy is that If a customer initiate the cancellation of the connection from their end, the customer wont get his/her deposit or the rental amount if it is paid as advance. They wont speak anything about this policy or a single word about this policy. Sounds interesting right. Do you think TATAs are customer friendly or still they maintain the reputation what they have earned earlier.
I think their reputation has gone long back. My suggestion is that dont ever go for this Wimax connection.
