I started using Tata Wimax about an year ago, just as a background, I am a web professional, so I need 24x7 internet, the time my Internet is down, I am loosing clients and so my business/money.
To this date in time, about more than an year, Tata Wimax was never down. Not for an hour, not for a minute, not for a second. period. Need I say more?
I do had some problems with my antenna on roof top a couple of time, it tend to get loose overtime and misalign itself with the tower, but I never had to wait more than 24 hours for their site engg to visit and fix it. Infact, these guys are really dedicated ppl, I live at Okhla, with the limited options of MTNL, Reliance and Sify, I’ve used all of them in past, and I can spot the difference on tips on the way these guys deal with the problem.
Plus this all comes bundled in a very justifiable cost, I am paying about 1100 bucks, but each penny is worth it.
