I opted for the more for sure Flash 256kbps in August(Rs.4400 for 4 months+ 1 months free+4months antivirus free+ 1, 5mbps on sundays and daily 10pm to 8am). As comitted, the service started and I enjoyed the speed for the 1st week. Then stared the pathetic time.download speed is 20-30kbps with disconnection often. I lodged complaint which is yet to be solved till date.
Shockingly they have changed my plan from Flash 256 kbps to Infinity 384, where the committed offerring of 1.5mbps is stopped in this plan. When I called the cc, they say’sorry for the inconvenience, we are facing some technical probs and will be soon solved.(two months of waiting for the changes to happen and still not done) Now when I asked them to compensate for not not providing the committed speed, they denay to answer. These stupid cc people are least bothered to intimate us of any changes. Later they said they will not be providing lash 256kbps in Bangalore, but their adds remains unchanged, fooling people.
If we pay the bill in a delay, they put fine, and when the same peole do not give the committed speed and if I ask they to compensate, they just answer’ sorry for the inconvenience’
Life has become a hell, calling them daily for a solution.
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR TATA INDICOM BROADBAND WIMAX-Simply a waste of money and time.
