I had TATA Indicom ADSL prepaid connection
I did recharge on first week of June 2008. because of TATA Indicom network problems and negligence in work to correct the problems we didn’t used net for the later period
I had launched a complain regarding this on 6th June 2008, but I didt get proper response from TATA Indicom, If I started to talk about this they started to cut my call.
After a big fight with them, On 16th July 2008(more than one month) I migrated from wired to wireless connection and started using net.
To get started we need to logon every time, and it wont assign IP easily, I will do atleast 10 to 15 times disable my network and I will do all the factory reset.
If I disconnected without logout, for next time connection I want to struggle a lot.
As told by TATA Indicom staff I should get a grace period of 30 days. But in my account page it is showing 12th July 2008 as last date, and my connection ended on the same day(12th July 2008)
Still Im getting call to do recharge my account, if I started to tell about my bad experience, they are cutting my call
Im not worrying for lost of 3 days , How they are cheating a customer and neglecting a customer
within a period of 2 months, I launched 3 complains all are not yet resolved
