I had been using TATA services for last 9-10 months. I have encountered problem qute a bit time for wire and wire less (wimax) both. When recently I called up the customer care and asked the guy tp refresh the session and he just changed my password.
I was annoyed and called them again to report this and was found that they cannot raise the complaint againt this issue as there has been a password change without permission.
They put me on hold for 30 mins twice and disconnected my phone.
One of the most poor remarks on the service. I was so annoyed to see the reponse of customer executives saying sir connect to LAN for 10 times. Apart from all the people turn up saying sir please call up after some time every now and then as we cannot check the status of your complaint.
