Tata indicom is the worst ever service provider I have seen in my life as far as internet is concerned. I have taken a broadband connection few weeks back and I paid a sum of more than rs 4400 for four months at a time to avoid installation charges.
Since then I have hardly got a chance to use the service for 4 days. The worst part is that whennever I call the customer care it takes more than 10 minutes to get me to speak to a cust care rep. then I have to go through a trouble shooting process of more than 30 mins. this is almost twice everyday.
Everytime their IP address changes and I have to restart my system, the router, the modem but still the problem persists. I have lost my money, I have lost my time and moreover, I have lost my patience as well. Now thay are not ready to pay my money back, neither they send their engineers on time to fix the problem. I would highly recommend everyone never to go for TI Wimax as you might fall a prey to their pathetic service as I did. Can anyone please suggest me If I can go to the consumer forum against this. if yes, whats the process. please advise.
