I am arun i opted for tata postpaid connection for mobile & internet .i swear i will never opt for any of the tata service in my life.
First of all they do not have good plans so i opted for 650 unlimited connecion. And sure it was unlimited it had no limits it never get connected.the customer care is most idiot one they dont even know how to troubleshoot. Along with it work as if u r using a dial up.
I advice never ever take any of the tata service. They are most f**king people with no idea they r pimp
Please never rely on tata whether a mobile connection or internet and there services is divided into zones u cant even talk to customer care u cant cancel any thing. You’re not in this zone but can opt anything .this is tata policy make customer idiot as possible as we are indian but they dont know better sevice provider r available.
Reliance is far more better than it .it has integrated system u can opt any services anywhere excellent customer care as compared to them.
