Great for long runs

Hi Car lovers,

Continuing from my last review between indigo diesel and petrol., I had another go at a drive from mumbai to Goa in th eindigo diesel. .

This was a two purpose trip .one to tak ethe family out and two , drive it around the much talked about ghats on the western coats.

Took the road from mumbai to goa via panvel - mahad- ratnagiri-sawantwadi-panjim. The road after mahad was much better and less traffci although all through it is a two way road with no dividers . The indigo behaved like a beauty and lived upto all its demands , with and wothout the ac on. Superb space, hugging the road and magnificent feel o fgrip on th road.

On the way back we tried the road via kolhapur, an dthsi was one great drive from kolahpur ( all along fourlaning, except the patch of katraj ghat which is how it was when I last left pune in 1992!! The bypass from katraj to the mumbai -pune express way was a boon in disguise as it helped rleieva lot of fatigue and got us on familiar teritorry!!.

All in all, I would recommend the indigo diesel for long distance drives with family ( the more load it gets it grips the road better!).

And surprise ., surpise, this time there wa sno music system ( sinc ei switched it to the petrol cousin), and I DID not get bored of the diesel drumming !!

Overall a great buy for those extended drive holidays.!!
