I was very proud and happy when I bought Indigo LX a new one. I have bought this on June 14th 2006 from Concorde, Bangalore. I love to go for a long time drive very often. thats is main reason I ended up with this. the first month, I was enjoying. the real headache started from 2nd month.
Cons:
The wipers are not at all good to safeguard your windshields instead it will spoil/scratches the entire glass. Lot of noice in wipers. Now, I am in the situation to change my front glass or mange with the damaged glass with new wiper.
The next thing, problems with doors. the right back door got stuck and still it never got rectified. The rubbers they use are very pathetic. I donno how they use this kind of cheap rubbers for beeding. 3. Better milage for others but i get 12 KMPL in City with half AC and 15 KMPL in highways.
Poor headlight during night travel.
Can’t control the veicle beyond 120 KMPH speed
Very bad plastics everywhere in the car. you can smell the plastic during summer. since we are in India, it is always kinda summer climate.
Pros:
Easy leg room
Good boot space
Powerful AC
Turbo engine
If you go and complain to the dealer, they talk nicely without inform the customer feedback to the TATA motors. Really, TATA Motors is loosing its reputation by releasing such a cars. yeah. this is the cheapest sedan in the market when we compare with othrers.
I am really worried about their testing procedures and team. After all, we are paying Rs.6, 10, 000/= to test their car. I heard that tata will release cars for Rs. 1lakh. Can’t imaging the quality.
but I gotto go with this car for another couple of years as I hv a bought the new one. Let me check my luck with this. I think I have complained so much about my car.
