It appears an excellent product is mishandled by sales and service team.
Lack of intervention and control on dealers activities.
Lack of responsive approach to customers etc.......
Indigo is an excellent car.
Recently started using a LX Turbo-intercooler version. Had to wait for over a month for advertised colour from a limited choice. Firstly five colour choices is hardly any choice to top the requested paint was not available. The dealer when enquired cooly informed that company has stopped producing in this colour. On why the website is not updated or brochures not updated ........couldnt care less attitude. The customer care motto reads like TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT . One months WAIT is not an issue if you go by the conduct of company. It was taken in a stride as if nothing happened I hope the car has equally good shock-absorbers as their attitude. The dealer selected by company is several steps higher up the ladder when it comes to customer mishandling after all you have pay price for a good product. The best part of this dealer is absolutely NO RESPONSE and as if he is doing a favour by accepting money and letting you take the vehicle. Comments on technical features and maintenance can wait as have to get over the first shocks regards dealer handling and TATA customer care. As for recommending to a friend am not very sure at this point of time as am not sure if the customer-care problems would continue regards after sales services as well. Really feel pity at how a bad handling can damage the pleasures of enjoying a good vehicle.
