Repeat problems, double money spent

I had puchased this car to come in the luxury segment. Instead of giving me luxury and peace, it has troubled me at every instance. Almost every major part has either been replaced or undergone repairs. You name it and that particular part has been either replaced or repaired. I hv spent almost a fortune on its maintenance within a span of 3 years. The dealer (Tayal Motors) is so unresponsive to any problems faced, that they even do not acknowledge that the problem is a repeat one. I am thinking of approaching the Consumer court for the harrasment meted out by the Dealer.


Even now also, my car is with Tayal Motors, Faridabad undergoing repairs. Only about a fortnight back, I had got it serviced and paid around Rs. 3500 for service and repairs. Since the problem persisted, I had lodged a complaint thru their website. So, they contacted me and requested to bring the vehicle to their workshop again for repairs, which I did. My car is been there in the workshop for the last 2 days and now they are again asking for about Rs. 3500 (for repeat problems). This is clear harrasment on the dealer’s part which is unreasonable and unacceptable.
