My friend is using a tata indigo lx diesel model. its been almost a year and he has maintained the car in good condition but the maintenance comes at a cost.
the car is still under warranty and still extra charges are being paid.oil cost and rubber cost.bad services by wasan motors(chembur)
they make the customers wait for about 3-4 hours and still got so many problems.
we took the car out of town(after servicing and checking again) and the following things were noticed when I was driving-
the car alignment dint get improved even after fixing it for many times.
the car must have broken down on highways around 2-3 times and engine has become less responsive.
the car has done 15, 000 kms and body and interior give a rattling sound
engine vibrates alot on highways
car cooling is good.coolant becomes empty quickly
oil leak is visible
gear shifting has become sluggish and highways manners have gone bad.even maruti800 would respond better on highway.
in short I can say tht the franchisee cannot give proper services and TATA engine is the most poor engine and unreliable one.
servicing cost keeps on adding to the bills.
