I had purchase a Tata Indigo Manza Saffire ABS model on 26-05-2010 after selling my Hyundai Santro. My problem started the very next day. Central locking was not working properly. I took it to the local dealer(True Sai Works-Karur-Tamilnadu) who rectified it even though he didnt had the part and he informed that he bent something inside and rectified it. After few months, driver side window stopped working. I informed the dealer, who changed the winding wire and rectified it. After another few months, backside window was not working and again my dealer changed the winding wire and rectified it. Few days back, my car didnt start at all and informed the dealer. He came next day and informed that the battery had dried and charged it again and handed over the car. Seat belt also been replaced during the period. Overall if u see, quality is very pathetic and you have to visit frequently your dealer if u own this car. I had wasted lot of money and time in visiting the dealer frequently. My suggestion is, even if u pay more, go for quality vehicle like Hyundai/Ford/Toyota/Honda as Tata will never improve on passenger cars.
