Tata Motors is the worst Car manufacturer preparing absolutely rotten and worst quality product. The product is so bad that just within 4 months the AC burnt out with bad burning smell. The engine keeps giving bad noise. The dealer keeps the car for over 10 days without returning the Car. Tata helpline keeps calling and telling that the Car would be delivered today. Its height of pathetic and hopeless product and service from Tata Motors.
The Car rides like a boat & engine gets heated up very much and gives noise like a snake. Seems like a blunder buying Tata Car, Hope nobody else does the same mistake as mine. Absolutely rotten product with no quality and possibly old and cheap parts fitted by Tata Motors.
DONT BUY CHEAP AND CHEAT TATA MOTOR CARS TO RUIN YOUR TIME & LIFE.
Here is a response from the dealer and no response thereafter :

References are made to our telecom this morning. This to further clarify that the necessary parts has been received by us today and the installation and testing is in progress.
Tentatively the car will be ready for test and delivery by 17 :00 hrs today. The final delivery will be committed accordingly once all results are satisfactory from my technical cell.

References are made to our telecom discussions today. I would once again state that there is no missed calls in my call register. However, there is a massage from your end at 17:05 hrs on 21/4/2012 which got overlooked by me as I was going through an ECG checkup at that moment and by the time I noticed the same it was quite late at night to disturb you. Hence called you today only.
However I deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you since 21/04/2012 as the Air Conditioning system of your cars has stopped functioning. On a detailed investigations with the car we found that the AC Compressor has failed thus needs replacement with a new unit. The same will be replaced under warranty only.
We have already placed an emergency order named VOR for the same and awaiting the spares shortly. In the meanwhile as discussed we are trying to accommodate one loaner cars for you ASAP.
Further it is quite vivid at this point of time that the time required for arranging the necessary part is likely to take 4 – 5 days as the same has to come from plant only and not available at Regional Warehouse of TML.
Rest be assured that you own one of the best cars in the segment and all disputes arising will be resolved by us on war footing. Assuring you our best services at all times.
