I bought a Tata Indigo Manza Aura Abs in january 2011 keeping in mind the usage I have to deal with
I have regularly got the service done but the oil cooler was the first component in the engine which got leaked and the workshop people very easily said (its very normal) and changed it in warranty period that was 44, 000 kms approx in one and a half year and again the problem at 48, 000 kms.
I got the service done so the next service was to be due by next 10, 000 kms and I got the same thing done at 56, 000 kms the company in that regard waved off the Ex warranty (saying that I didnt got the service done at 50, 000 kms) someone please tell me if the service was done at 48, 000 then where is the need for 50, 000 and after that the problem begins at 61, 000 kms the water cooler changed.
I had to pay a good amount then 62, 000 kms same problem then at 67, 000 kms the same oil cooler leaked and I again had to pay and now its maddening as the workshop people say the car needs a new engine and an amount of 1, 60, 000/- now who can say Manza is a good buy please people save your hard earned money and dont waste on a goof up product like this I will be very happy if I get to save at least one person.
Dear Tata Motors Concerned people I really didnt expect you to be so ruthless to your own nation by providing such bad quality products and charging that high!
