Good Engine & space, poor quality of parts

I bought a Manza Quadrajet in November. I have previously used both diesel and petrol vehicles . I strongly feel Tata has compromised on the quality of parts used in the exteriors as well as under the bonnet, for the price they have positioned this vehicle.

Within the first month and for less than 600 kms run, the coolant container gave away due to manufacturing defect that might have missed the quality controls scrutiny. To add the replacement container was not readily available it took some couple of weeks , till which time the vehicle was grounded.Tata customer service definitely needs improvement.

On few occasions , while going on highways, the car bottom touched the speed breakers making a thud. this happened even while I was careful to take it very slowly over the speedbreaker., but the car had 5 people in all ( 350 kgs appox) I went for this vehicle bcos of the reliability of the fiat quadrajet engine. without doubt , the engine is good.

The quality of interiors is not as good but not exteremely bad. However, the seat belts are pathetic dont actually serve thier purpose both from a quality and safety perspective. Seems like they have had it only to meet the regulations.

If you are one of those who really believes in a good engine and can comrpomise on the other things, then Manza is value.
