I thought of writing this review while I was searching for the number of tata motors to complain to them about a very bad average that is given by their car.
I would never ever recommend tata cars to any of my friends.I have completely lost my faith in tata cars and suv’s.
Also the kind of service provided by the dealers is terrible.Instead of checking all parameters of the car they only correct (that too sometimes) oinly those things especially mentioned by you.This is not what means regular service check.
I would rather go for a foreign manufacturer who are atleast true to their word.
At this juncture I would like to cite an example of Honda City which had a suspension problem.So they called in all their 18000 sold vehicles for absolutely free replacement.This is what I call Customer focus and respect. This feature is absent in all our Indian car manufacturers especially the TATA’s.
