Owning Tata Manza Aura 2012 & Tata Nano 2011 (Nano was delivered by Ratan Tata @ your Showroom only) in past I have visited three times for inquiry of Tata Safari as I was keen to buy same but two times when I visited I was not properly attended & also even I was not shown car as your executive was very busy in talking with his friends on mobile and playing games.
The third time when I visited on 28th September 2013 another staff met me. He also didn’t show me the vehicle nor gave me a test ride as it was a closing time. I asked him to exchange my Manza 1st owner Lucknow number white driven 10000+ km I purchased for 6.85 Lakh, he called your true value executive & offered me only 2.5 Lakh for one year old 7 lakh car & also told that this Manza is bad!
I am vey humilated & feel insulted.
