This review I am sharing for those who are planning to purchase new car and thinking for TATA product. Before taking any decision....pls read a story below.
Two years ago
I have been driving Maruti Esteem, since my office is in Gurgaon and had to travel Noida Gurgaon, I thought for Deisel car and only name in the market was TATA. So I planned to purchase TATA Marina, a good looking, fuel efficient, Big car.
Finally I purchased TATA Marina in October 2007. I didnt know that I have done a big mistake of my life. After a week there was noise started from belt. Many times I brought down my car to dealers (A-One motors) place, but Got dissatisfaction. Then after sometime I found oil leakage from Inkjets.
So I thought to change the dearler, hence tried to give my car to Dingra motors, They also did not understand the problem but made huge bill of 6K though service was free, after taking car I found there is some new problems occurred; Bobbling, noise in front side, humming sound from steering wheel and yellow check engine light started glowing after that car starts auto accelerate. Many times I coordinated with Dhingra Motors but nothing happend.
Later, being resident of Noida thought to give car to local dealer then contacted Automobile Sterling in Noida. They did fairy okay but could not resolved my all problem but due to all these my Shocker warranty lapsed.
Now after six months when again give my car for normal servicing they charged me hafts amount and after a month in sep09, my car engine oil leaked and steering wheel jamed, later I managed to tow my till workshop and came to know tappet cover broken car.
After that now my car has some noise problem and oil leakage from engine & axile side and engine cove is missing.
My car is just two years old but faced lots of problem.......I still cant say my car is troublefree now.
Problem....problem and only problem.............
I have been writing mail to dealers , TATA motors. Yes I got the single response, "will ask dealer to take care of your vehicle".
I give my feedback to TATA call center (they call after every service) but nothing happened.
This shows how efficient and serious is TATA to make his public image. I will never purchase TATA vehicle in future and now planning to sell.
Guys, please suggest, what one should do in this case......
