This is one year back story. My Father was suffering from Cancer. We went there for treatment and after checking him doctors Bhutia has written lots of test.
When we went for next visit to the doctor after completing all the test. She refer my father to another doctor with some more test. Again my father gone for all those test. and when we gone for the appointment for referred doctor. Appointment desk’s person told us the there is no doctor for chemotherapy. So we ask then why the doctor has ask to do all these test if there is no doctor available.
After lots of arguments they send us to the Director. Director has written a note on the prescription that give us the appointment as early as possible. Finally we got the appointment with Dr. Bivash Biswas.
On the appointment day without seeing the details of the patient which loaded on his computer, Dr. Bivash Biswas start saying that "I have resigned and I cant see the patient, go and check with director why the chemotherapy is not given to patient ". Another mismanagement was that Biopsy report of patient was not available to doctor.
Another important thing was that I got a call from TMC, after appointment of Dr. Bivash Biswas that there was 4200 of extra biopsy test was mention by Dr. Bivash Biswas. when we ask to the doctor about this, the told me that he did not mention for the other test.
