It is the persons who kills the organisations and not the customers. I had bought an indica V2 in 2003 and is continuing with kul service so far. My vehicle number is kl2p7770 and I was a regular customer so far. I had done 6000KM major service on 22-04-2010 and they make me to pay an amount of 6500/- .
The very next day itself I seemed to be cheated.The door handle rear side get stuck which is been rectified under payment. Totally worst service was provided to me except the good money collection. After three months when I came back from abroad. I was shocked in seeing my vehicle condition an utter fraud service had done
in my vehicle.
After one month when I visited kulathunkal they have no history of major service. So they do all the major service job again since they had no history in the dms because they wrongly entered my vehicle number as kL2 7770.
