There were no services(routine or requested) which was completed by Kulathunkal in just one visit. You have to make multiple visits to get the stuff straight.
The quality of service is pathetic. They rip off money like anything and is not accountable for the service they do.
I had to visit 4 times to fix the same problem in 1 month. Everytime they charged me for the same(spare and labour) I took the car to a local shop who fixed it for half the price and the things hasb’t broked for the last 1 year. So I changed the service to Highway garage, Kazhakkoottam. They have execllent service and very reasonable.
I dropped a detailed note to TATA wit the complaint and not one got back. So ithe customer service sucks all the way from the top.
