I have purchased one TATA Indigo, MANZA car, (chassis no. MAT613238 BLA00016) with great pleasure on 12th May 2011, from your kollam showroom, Dealer no. 3002800, where Mr. Shibu is the Show room manager.
While purchasing I have paid Rs. 4’00’000/- on cash. As per Mr. Shibu following were the free offers from Kulathungal motor’s for this purchase:
43 liters of petrol free, which is the capacity of the car. leather seat covers. Four Free passes for the Veegaland amazement park. Cash discount of Rs. 10’000/-
On the day when I took the car on 12th may it was having only 4 lits of petrol, this shibu knows well. only after filling from kollam only we took the car to home. Then several times I have called Mr. Shibu to remind about the 40 lits of petrol and also the Antin, which was not yet given. After repeated calls in June end he have given 15 lits of petrol and told that we give only this much. After a lot of argument he have agreed to give the remaining 25 lits. in a later date. again after almost daily reminders he have given me 15 lits petrol in August during servicing.. Then he told reaming 10 lits he will give later.

Almost on every alternate days I used to call Mr, Shibu and remind him the remaining items. His replay is fix " Sorry sir today I will do every thing. I will call you in the evening and do the need full" This is his fix replay. Even though 5 months have passed, till date he have not given me the following offers:
Remaining 10 liters petrol Vigaland passes Antin for FM channel of Car. In Aug the car had some scratch on door. for the painting/touching the car was given to Shari. Shibu. Rs. 4700 was charged from Reliance insurance. But when the Car was handed over they have taken Rs. 600 from me. I asked for the purpose of that Rs. 600, charge and for the Bill. But till date nothing is heard from Mr. Shibu.
Sir, I am a retired Railway Sr. Engineer (IT). I stay with only my wife alone. I am a permanently dis-able person put up on wheel chair. only that is why I took this big car.

If I am not eligible for these things then it is OK. Other wise I am giving encouragement to corrupt Mr. Shibu. I can give this text on ’face book’ or You tube or on your Ste so that all the customers and other peoples can see the treatment I met, from your rRajeev_Vermactable shop.
With great pain I am writing to You. I will sent this text to ’Honourable Ratan Tata’ the chairman of TATA sons, Bombay. Because TATAs is a great name and he must know how ’SOME persons’ are spoiling that great name TATAs.
