I had left my indica vista at Kulathunkal motors, authorized TATA dealer in trivandrum, with major damages in the front area. for the first few days they were not able to tell me exactly what the defect was. my service advisor, Mr NUJOOM had absolutely no idea about automobiles or the insurance claiming procedure. his standard answer was "tomorrow the car will be ready".
After 7 days when I lost my temper he informed me that the inter-cooler, the condenser and the radiator were damaged and will be replaced in 2 days time. after 2 days he tells me that the spare will be ordered from pune so will take more than 10 days. Then why the hell did he tell me 2 days in the beginning?? and the funny part is this guy gets irritated when I ask him about the status of my car. I don’t understand what the hell s going on... he s talking to me as if he s doing me some favor. now after 13 days and no work done on my car, he has asked me not to call and disturb him ....hey folks I d advise you buy any thing but TATA.. and find anyone by the name NUJOOM on the street just walk away....
