One of the worst service what you can get.Service engineers are the worst.If the guy is Nujoom.you are doomed.People enjoy the holidays, leave and there is no timeline kept even at your very special request.
Once you are done there is a sweet request on to give good ratings on the call from head office.Dont fall for it, give the right feedback, then only these guys will improve.
Customer service at its worst.TATA should think twice before giving dealership to these type of organisaitons. Or atleast have frequent checks to see the satisfaction of the customer is met or not.It is not one time for me now, it is in multiple.
So my suggestion, just keep away frrom TATA and the most imp.keep away from Kulathungal Motors.
